How to Vote
You can vote in person at your assigned polling station on Election Day or during advance voting days. You can also apply for a special ballot and vote by mail if you are unable to vote in person.
When you go to vote, take identification that shows your name and address. Valid acceptable documents include:
- Driver’s license
- Government issued ID
- Utility bill
Polling stations are equipped to accommodate people with disabilities. If you require assistance while voting, you can contact Elections Canada ahead of time to ensure proper arrangements are made.
